How many vegetable plants do I need to plant per person?

Ever wonder how many vegetable plants you need per person?

I've created a pdf to use as a guide!

You will need approximately 200 square feet of growing space per family member to grow for a year round supply.

Grow more of your favorites, skip your least favorite vegetables, and don't be afraid to grow different varieties!

If you plan on canning, freezing, dehydrating or growing for flours and meals, you will likely need to plant more than suggested.

It's also important to consider soil conditions, weather/climate, pests and disease, as well as unforeseen crop failures.
